Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the FieldMind platform operated by FieldMind ("we", "us", or "our") at fieldmind.eu.cc. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms.

Description of service

FieldMind is an AI-assisted lead generation tool for landscaping businesses. It retrieves satellite and street view imagery for residential addresses, scores properties, generates tiered improvement concepts, and produces outreach copy (postcard, email, SMS). The service is provided as-is and does not guarantee any particular business outcome.

Free plan

The Free plan allows up to 5 property analyses per month at no cost. No credit card is required. Free plan users may be subject to usage limits and do not receive access to AI renders, batch processing, or postcard dispatch features. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the free tier at any time with reasonable notice.

Paid plans and billing

• Monthly plans are billed each month. You may cancel at any time. Access continues until the end of the current billing period — no prorated refunds.
• Annual plans are billed once per year at a discounted rate. Cancellations within 14 days of purchase are eligible for a full refund. After 14 days, annual plans are non-refundable, but you retain access for the remainder of the paid year.
• Prices may change with 30 days' notice. You will be notified by email before any price increase takes effect on your account.

Acceptable use

You may use FieldMind only for lawful purposes in connection with your landscaping business. You agree not to:

• Scrape, crawl, or systematically extract data from the platform using automated tools outside of any official API access granted to your plan.
• Use the service to target properties or individuals for any illegal purpose.
• Resell or sublicense your account access to third parties without written permission.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or interfere with the platform's underlying systems.

AI output disclaimer

FieldMind's property scores, improvement concepts, plant selections, and pricing estimates are generated by AI models and are provided for reference purposes only. They are not professional landscaping advice, and we make no warranty as to their accuracy, completeness, or fitness for any particular job. You are solely responsible for verifying all information before presenting quotes or proposals to homeowners. Actual costs, plant availability, and regulatory requirements vary by location.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, FieldMind shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the three months preceding the claim.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Ontario, Canada.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email or an in-app notice at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
